We will make every effort to ensure all orders placed on the Web shop will be delivered to your door the next working day. (Please order before 5pm) Orders are carriage free totalling over £50 plus VAT. Any orders under this amount will be subject to just a £3.99 carriage charge plus VAT (subject to area see below). Deliveries are attempted during normal working hours and the driver requires a signature at the delivery address. The driver may not leave the parcel under any other circumstances.

Every order placed in the on-line shop will result in you, the customer, receiving conformation e-mail with a unique identification number, which can be retained and/or printed for reference should you need to contact us.

Should you order products with us, and for some reason we cannot supply we will take the following steps-

Auto Equip will contact you (by phone or email) to advise that the item is not in stock, and we will then advise you when you will receive it. You may cancel the order if you wish. We will then obviously refund your credit/debit card. If the order cannot be satisfied for whatever reason then we will contact you and allow you the opportunity to cancel.

From time to time things may go wrong due to unforeseen circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or damage to goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Scottish Law shall govern the validity, construction and performance of any contract to which these conditions apply.

Please note the Terms & Conditions relating to carriage-

The carriage tariff applies to Online Shop orders and Mail Orders only, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

There will be additional carriage costs when large items are purchased. (E.g. ENGINES, EXHAUSTS and other miscellaneous over sized parts.

However many items (excluding the above) are ordered, if the total for these items exceeds £50 plus VAT, then when you Checkout on-line you will receive a message "free carriage" and no carriage costs will apply to your order. This applies to both single and multiple items.

If an excluded item (large item as above) is added to any order, irrespective of value, then carriage costs will be incurred.

These terms apply to UK mainland Customers only. It does not apply to areas as listed below which are on a 2-3 day carriage service and these areas do not qualify for the Free Carriage offer due to the costs involved:

The following Postcodes are a 2-3 day service from £10.00 subject to parcel size and weight:

Northern Ireland/Jersey/Isle of Man.

Next Day service from £15.00 plus VAT subject to parcel size and weight.

Two-day service from £12.00 plus VAT subject to parcel sizes and weight.

International delivery

We offer a complete export service to Europe, and can deliver to most countries within 5 working days. We will contact you as soon as we receive the order with the delivery charge and total cost to confirm order.
